If corporations are persons with a right of free speech, they are also subject to criminal liabil-
ity

If the one of my body parts commits homicide, say my right hand,

is that going to be separated from the rest of my person when

I'm sentenced to jail ? NO !!!

So if one part of the corporation which the Right Wing SCOTUS

wants to treat as a "person," commits a crime the whole corporation

needs to end up in jail, according to the logic of Messrs Roberts,

Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Kennedy.

The corporation can no longer claim that what one part of the corporation

did was without the participation of some other part of the corporation,

since it is all a person, one person.

Otherwise the "law" as pronounced by SCOTUS would be entirely inconsistent.

As if these "strict constructionists" can find the founding fathers' determination

that money was speech. But that's another issue.
