are beginning to feel we have nothing to worry about if the 'fearful terrorists' are so incompetent they can't get their bombs out of their underwear before being noticed. Or parking a smoking vehicle in the middle of NYC right next to where cops are riding around on horseback, not to mention vendors and tourists etc. who just might notice something out of place with a badly parked, smoking car.
