According to TPM Cuccinelli from Virginia
is connected to a fraud concerning Bobby Thompson. It was unclear whether it can be proved that he knew about the fraud. It was something to do with a fund raising committee about the Navy.

Remember when some guy had a fund raiser from Hillary Clinton and the republicans tried to have her barred from the senate. When she didn't even know the guy was crooked. How is it that they went bat-s**t crazy over that and are now rallying around the POS AG from Virginia and saying he didn't know, he didn't know. Doesn't that work both ways.
