On the I word and other things that make politicos
ahem uncomfortable

Well folks we are truly starting to parallel Watergate in astounding ways

We have had a US Senator (R) mention the word and today we had Ron Paul again mention the word

Some folks started screaming, where are the democrats?

Right behind that.

What is going on is that you are starting to see the collapse of the Republican Party... it is starting to gain speed. Boehner's statement on Fox Sunday that Bush had until October for things to turn around in Iraq WAS a deadline... no, he will not call it that, or a date for surrender, but IT WAS A DEADLINE, make no mistake about it.

We are seeing the party collapse and at this pace you will see Republicans running for the doors, and the opening for either impeachment or resignation.

The pattern... is quite astounding... because it is very similar to the hot summer of 1974... hearings and all.

But that does not mean you can just stay seated and watch

You need to call your reps, ESPECIALLY if they are Republicans... they need some loving pressure

Oh and don't expect the GOP to go away... but if you start hearing rumors of a conservative party, they just may... depending on how badly the brand is doing.
