The problem and my letter

On On Nov 19th, 2009 the US Senate Judiciary Committee approved Jane Branstetter Stranch, a nominee to the 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals, on a 15-4 bipartisan vote. Nearly 7 months later she is yet to receive a vote.

Due to the majority's ability to file for cloture, secret holds, etc are irrelevant. As such, I have decided to write to you, Senator Bond, and to the Senate Majority Leader daily until such time as this noncontroversial and qualified nominee is confirmed.
