I loved the first place winner's entry from the start, and it was his 4th post as a DU member so I watched his contribution being appreciated. That is a great way to burst on the scene.
Congratulations, Jethro Tull.

The same goes for Alfredo's second place win,
(the REAL contest win because it is accolades, prizes, invitations, adulation and honor and no work involved, plus, next month he can enter again) because it also is a photo I loved from the start. Well named, and a great rare capture.
I'm very happy with that win.

And the third place winner, Hippiewife's animal chase, well, it's priceless.
I believe the terrified eyes of the dog are the secret of this photo's success.
