These are some of the words used to describe the quagmire in Afghanistan.

Does anyone in the White House understand that nobody, repeat - nobody, has successfully conquered Afghanistan since 1219? Does anyone there read history?

Do these folks not understand that the sandbox, the Military Industrial Complex and Wall Street are killing our democracy?

Need money to fund jobs? Then why are we spending $100 million dollars for an MV-22 Osprey?

Need money for unemployment insurance? Then why are we spending $5.6 billion dollars a year for two submarines?

Need money for education? Then why are we spending $40 billion dollars for a new aircraft carrier?

Need money for libraries? Then why are we spending $243 million dollars for an F-35?

Need money for teacher and firemen salaries? Then why did we spend over $10 billion dollars for two destroyers?


I could go on and on, but you get the idea.
