Nobel Prize winner former Vice president (and should have been President) Al Gore has been accused of groping three women and is now separating from his wife. Is he just another John Edwards, or is he being set up by forces who deny climate change and/or belong to the forces of the petroleum industry?

6. I don't see a conspircy, just an opportunistic nutcase. It comes with the public eye.

A friend of mine who is a musician has had crazy people accuse him of all sorts of things. From a hotel maid who claims he held her against her will to a guy who claims one of their songs plagiarizes a poem in a self-published book that he can't prove sold a single copy. About 15 years ago a woman claimed he exposed himself to her on an airplane, which would be quite the trick considering she was seated twenty rows behind him and only would have passed him boarding the flight.

If you are in the public eye crazy people will accuse you of shit.
