8. You know, I've met the guy

I've talked to him. Bless his heart. He is mostly harmless. I'm pretty sure he is schizophrenic - delusional, repetitive thoughts, irrational, a little bit paranoid, disjunctured thinking. He's a nice enough harmless guy talking to people outside gas stations about some crazy shit he's dreamt up. He thinks that he is an agent from some secret group set up by law in the 1870s to help with reconstruction or some kind of crap like that. But then, I've also had conversations with guys who said they were super boy and satan, so maybe I'm more forgiving of the mentally ill. The sad thing is, the GOP and the right wing are rolling out so many nuts saying such crazy crap, that the media didn't realize this poor guy is actually mentally ill.
