Just asking - because if I were the stockholders I would start a class action lawsuit with the company to claim that their outlandish charges (now they want to charge if you get to talk with a human) are ruining the company by driving customers to other airlines. Just a thought.

if you held enough shares, you might convince the Board to replace the CEO . . . .

I don't think we want to open the courts to suits from unhappy shareholders.

2. In all honesty the stockholders

don't care what the company does as long as the ROI is high enough. That being said I don't think I would ever take a Spirit Air flight.
