Judge Walker, who overturned Prop 8, appointed by Reagan
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38560562/ns/us_news-life/

"The ruling puts Walker at the forefront of the gay marriage debate. The longtime federal judge was appointed by President Ronald Reagan".

Before I'm finished typing this post some social conservative kook will go on FOX and go on and on and on about a liberal activist judge who over-turned Prop 8....Let the record show, Vaughn Walker was appointed by Reagan....I guess now conservatives will say Reagan was far left,

4. Not Reagan.

I think it was Bush I.

Just like Souter.

And perhaps they will call him a "liberal activist judge" - but they're more likely to point out that he's biased because he's gay.

Which doesn't make any more sense than assuming that he's RW because pappy appointed him.

9. He was first nominated by Reagan, struck down by Pelosi and others
who said he was too insensitive to gay rights, even though he is out gay, then later, he was renominated by George H. W. Bush and was confirmed.
