read the slideshow they posted of the reasons the 37 senators who voted against Kagan gave. Wannta know what most are...She doesn't have judical experience. She will legislate from the bench. She will be an activist judge. She will be partisan. She will not interpret the Constitution they way it is supposed to be. And on and on...every single solitary reason the give (except she was never a judge) could fit the four crums the republicans put on the bench, Roberts, Alitio, Thomas and Alitio..as I said I was curious so I read them.
