Today I augmented my length with a 2X extender (I'm talking telephoto lens)
Using the extender changes my lowest aperture setting two stops from f 2.8 to f 5.6. But it turns my 70-200mm zoom into a 140-400mm zoom. So I tested the new EOS extender with some relatively low-light work. Watcha think?

Thunderstorm 100 miles away toward Burns, Or., close to sunset (thus the color). Shot with a Canon EOS 5D-Mk-2 in aperture priority.

Sunset over the Newberry volcano rim with China Hat in the near ground.

Nice detail with the larger size

2. Wow!
Those are amazing!

I love the colors, the details!

You really have the artist's eye.

The sunset over the Newberry rim is just breathtaking!

I would be proud to have any or all of these on my walls.

Recommend!

:wow:

6. Well, I hate Texas and the Longhorns
I'm only DemoTex because that's where I lived in May, 2001, when I joined this outfit. Will Pitt and I enlisted in DU the same week.

There ain't nothing this pretty in Texas. Maybe rarely, but not consistently like in Oregon.

7. Superb!
I have been pondering an extender along with a few other items of late. This may help in that decision making process.
