5. Oh I believe they get it alright.
I think its just about THEM being the tyrants and they don't like it when their tyranny against freedom and equality gets called out. Its just an example of the neo-conservative throwing a fit that he's not getting his way to shove his ideology down other people's throats.

Well, that's what I think anyway.

But what were they saying back when those landmark cases were being decided?

It was Bush 1 that actually appointed him and got him ratified by the Senate.
