Ms.Laura Ingraham loving referred to as Ichabod Crane's banshee widow sets a new low for callous indifference to fellow human beings. The values and principles this stone hearted person espouses are of such a low level one wonders how she sleeps.

On her radio show Ichabod Crain's Banshee Widow attacked Mrs Obama and her Op-Ed article, "A food bill we need". (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/08/03/michelle-obama-op-ed-a-fo_n_668743.html) Ichabod Crain's Banshee Widow attacked Mrs Obama because Mrs Obama was addressing the issue of improving school lunch programs.

Ichabod Crain's Banshee Widow's thrust of her argument was the people don't need it and can't afford it. Typically she also noted no government programs like these ever worked in the past. Of course Ichabod Crain's Banshee Widow's 'fict' ignores the successful efforts that have led to decrease in teenage smoking of tobacco in schools.

Thank you, Ichabod Crain's Banshee Widow. You show just how soulless one can become when one allows the hate to overtake one.

1. Interesting dynamic in that post.

In another post a OP spoke of a metaphor of vampires, where some people in society feel they need to live off of other people.

And in this post it speaks of food for those that don't have money, something that should pass. Anyone that would deprive a person because he is poor from having food is really sad.


Although here is the irony, many people think of having 'slaves' or people under control from things like fear of starvation as what feeds them, what gives them what they need power or control, or whatever.


So from context, there are people that think starving poor people keeps them fed. It is a bit metaphoric, but it is a thought process of how that happens. How can you be the special person with much if everyone else has stuff too. how can all your years of work make you successful in your mind, if some person just gets food free.

It is really deep, but it is not just hate, it is also needing to feel a certain way, a security of control or superiority that includes many people that 'have not earned what you did' or 'are not as good as you' suffering to show how good you really are.

It is far deeper then hate.

4. Accuracy matters

The rectangular version was actually the 2nd Confederate Navy Jack, the square version was the flag of the Army of Northern Virgina. The true Confederate flags were none of the above. The St Andrews Cross motif was later used in part through many flags associated with the Confederacy and the south.
