That is simple logic.

And the portion insinuated to have beeen cleaned, {75%}, cleverly contained that portion homogenized by dispersants. Which is an unknown amount. Obfuscation, is what I would call that. I believe it is cleverly used, to limit BP's culpability. These pronouncements, are meant to engender respect from the public, so they will accept the minimum penalty per leaked barrel. The gov, is acting with BP, to boost BP's favorability, with the public.

1. Somebody at BP gonna get a whopping bonus

if they pull this scam off. Somebody in government is gonna get a board seat, by and bye.

The people, the environment and posterity is gonna get shit on.
