Democrats calling for money

Does anyone know if they outsource these calls? I was getting a call with no message left from CA and when I tried to call back it was busy. I was screening and not answering but I was curious who was calling me on my cell so today I answered and said who is this?
It ended up being the democrats asking for donations and asking about Nov elections. I said I just voted in primary, will vote in Nov but after losing my job last year can't donate more. I already give monthly a small amount to moveon.

One thing I will say is they don't give up if you don't answer. In the past week that number called me over and over again until I finally answered.

I'm sure the banks and M.I.C. contractors, oil and insurance companies will be able to help them out. Again.
