Come on people Angle is so stupid that it's obvious she is a plant.

"These programs that you mentioned -- that (President) Obama has going with Harry Reid and (Nancy) Pelosi pushing them forward -- are all entitlement programs built to make government our God," Angle said in a little noticed interview with Christian Radio this past spring. "And that's really what's happening in this country is a violation of the First Commandment. We have become a country entrenched in idolatry, and that idolatry is the dependency upon our government. We're supposed to depend upon God for our protection and our provision and for our daily bread, not for our government."

So that is the military, the police, social security, education - in fact to her, every part of government is just a sin? Wow.

No one can really be that stupid can they? At least not without trying.

3. If moving one's bowels required an IQ above room temperature---
Ms. Angle would have to puke.

(That's not exactly the way I heard it, but there are sensitive souls here.)

then all that will make perfect sense. I know this is scary, but it is very much internally consistent.

Oh the other term you may want to research is Christian Constructionist.

14. Yep, and there is enough on them now
and their influence in the US Government. Rachel Maddow has done yeoman's work on it, as well as Sharlet.

8. Back in Falwell's heyday, they were encouraged to run
as "stealth candidates," people who would never mention the Dispensationalist and/or Christian Reconstructionist hogwash they all deeply believed in and wanted to implement on the theory that such people were unelectable unless they lied, and that lying was perfectly acceptable in the pursuit of a higher good (at least as the religiously insane saw it).

When Stupid came in to office and tried to make all that nonsense mainstream and Falwell finally died, the same old candidates decided to run with the craziness hanging out for everyone to see. After all, Stupid once had a 90% approval rating! That must mean the country is all on their side!

Witness Angle bleating that she's completely mainstream. Nobody outside the network of Dispensationalist churches is buying it and even some people inside that circle think she's nuts.

Angle is nothing new and she's not a plant. She just believes that she is completely mainstream along with all the other nonsense she believes.

10. Angle is my new favorite wingnut.
I still follow the adventures of Palin and Bachmann, but this Angle bird really takes the cake. Plus, I was getting a little tired of the other two. They always say the same things. You never know what Angle is going to say next!

12. ...which would put her in good position for the VP slot with 1/2-a-Governor Mooseburger!
After all, Obama picked Biden and at the time no one knew what he was going to say next, either!

Palin certainly has an abundance of wingnuts to choose from. So far, the only thing missing is a Joe-the-Plumber type. But it's early yet.

13. I think they're working up some guy named Ken the Carpenter.
His name's not really Ken and he's not really a carpenter, so he's considered a hot prospect.
