CO Amendments 60 and 61 and Proposition 101: chances for passage?
Ok, 1st we have Colorado Springs indulging its right wing fantasy of becoming a zero-government, zero-tax city. But now it appears that the residents of CO will have a chance to further pursue extreme amendments to their constitution.

So CO DUers (y'all have my sympathies), what are the chances that CO hits the trifecta in November on 60,61, and 101 and attempts to become a third world country?
