Spree shooter and right wing "revolutionary" deemed competent to stand trial
No, not Byron Williams, who was stopped by the police before he could carry out his spree. No, not Keith Luke, he's still in psychiatric treatment. No, not James von Brunn, he's dead. No, not Scott Roeder, he's already been convicted. No, not Jim Adkisson, he's in prison for the rest of his life. This time, it's Dannie Roy Baker.

"The man charged with killing two Chilean students and wounding three others in February 2009 has been deemed competent to stand trial.

Dannie Roy Baker is being held at the Walton County Jail after undergoing eight months of mental treatment and evaluation at the Florida State Hospital in Chatahoochee.

During this morning's status conference at the Walton County Courthouse, the state discussed the findings of one of Baker's psychologist's, who says Baker suffers some delusional thinking, but is still competent to stand trial.

A second opinion concurred, clearing the way for Baker's trial."

You can bet Fox News is praying for a Muslim or even a dark skinned guy to snap right about now.
