Does anyone feel like they were over taxed during the Clinton Administration.
If not then why shouldn't ALL of Bush*'s tax cuts be allowed to expire? During the Clinton years America experienced the greatest economic expansion in History and more jobs created than all Republican Administrations since Ike's combined..

1. How much of that was public sector?
Seems that a good chunk of the Clinton boom had to do with the dot-com bubble.

2. Dot com bubble, didn't you know al Gore INVENTED the Internet..
While thaty was completely blown out of proportion Al Gore did have much to do with the development of military interfacing..where it all began..

3. I wasn't overtaxed
When people talk about raising the tax rate doesn't that really only effect the very very top?

When the top tax rate under Eisenhower was 91 percent that didn't mean 91 percent of everyone's money went to the gov does it? It just meant that those making over an obscene amount of money paid more, yes?

And when people talk about other countries having tax rates of 60 percent it's the same thing isn't it? Only those making over an obscene amount pay that much...the top tax rate, not average middle or working class folks. Or am I wrong?

4. Yes
I paid a ton of taxes in those years as I made a ton of money too. I'd luv to have to pay that much in taxes again.
