5. they don't only cost money though
they, and their parents (presuming they are staying to get educated) pay SS taxes, sales taxes, and the like. If those kids stay and work they could be the salvation of SS and Medicare.

7. if they don't it is their employer who is at fault, not them
It is red letter law. In the US employers are supposed to collect that tax. Assuming they are working, and if they have money they are working, then the employer should be paying the tax. If the employers aren't there is a very simple solution to that. jail the employers.

9. From the report, "A child has unauthorized immigrant parents if either parent is unauthorized;
a child has U.S. born parents if all identified parents are U.S. born."

So, a child can be born to an authorized immigrant mother but an unauthorized immigrant father yet still be classified, in this report, as a child born to unauthorized parents (emphasize plural).
