WA-Sen: "She ought to be shot." - Woman at Rossi Rally on Patty Murray
Edited on Thu Aug-12-10 04:55 PM by RamboLiberal
Here we go again. Why Dem Senator Patty Murray raises such violent tendencies, and in teabagger women in particular, is hard to explain. First there was the woman who said she wanted to hang Patty Murray and now we have one who says "She ought to be shot."

2. Nah.
Too many potheads overcrowding prisons and too little effort by the Democratic establishment to fix that problem.

4. Reading the whole thing
Note how Rossi upbraids the woman for her intemperate comment. Well, not because he necessarily disagrees with it, or because he thinks that violence is a bad way to win a political argument, but because there's a reporter present. You know, someone who might spill the beans about how Republicans really feel when they think they're among friends. I'd like to see if this subject comes up during the campaign: "Mr. Rossi, you shushed a woman who said that she thought Sen. Murray should be shot. Was that because you believe violence is unacceptable, or because a reporter was present when the comment was made?"

5. in public, minds go to the place they're most comfortable.
WA state teabaggers go to gun violence. who's surprised?

Murray will steamroll Rossi or Diddler. Seattle tells the rest of the state how things will work. After all, we pay for their nice smooth roads.
