I don't believe in hell, but I do believe you will have to face up to your bad deeds somehow. There is no free pass. I think Cheney is facing up to it right now. His heart disease makes him feel like he's drowning. It seems appropriate for the favorite tortures he ordered, once of which was water boarding a torture that drowns you up until almost the point of death. Also, he is suffering. All that greed for all that money and frankly, he can't enjoy it.
