"Pelosi Special": GOP candidate being investigated for assault

Republican State Representative Brian Nieves, known for extremist antics and alleged to have assaulted the staffer for his Republican Primary rival (pulling a gun on the staffer Sean Bell, slapping and head-butting Bell while claiming he was going to kill him, forcing him to strip and lie and the floor, and using the n-word repeatedly) earlier in the year referred to an assault rifle as "the Nancy Pelosi Special" on his radio program "The Patriot Enclave." Nieves was discussing the fact that FiredUp Missouri had earlier posted a clip of him when he was discussing an assault rifle, which he referred to as "the Nancy Pelosi special," and suggested that FiredUp had referred to him as an "extremist." If the can send the secret service into a school room, harass a teen barely 13 who has a T shirt on that says he doesn't like Bush, and threaten to arrest him, why in the hell can't they lock this nut up. It seems to me no matter what they do these extreme hate mongering republicans are getting the heck away with it. Palin and Bachmann should have been called before a judge long before this. Not positive, but I THINK if there are no complaints made, and there's no witnesses or physical evidence f a crime, then there can be no arrest of charges filed.

And how come he still has a radio show. When Al Franken ran for office he gave up his radio stop. I guess it's DRATR (Different Rules Apply To Republicons)
