Well, I guess you could. I could have some fun leaving misspelled signs on lawn chairs at a tea party.

13. Astounding.
What's even MORE astounding is that these intellects believe that their precious, inexpensive and highly sensible private insurance would completely go away under a nationalized health care system when not even the best Euro/Scandanavian plans do any such thing.

Yes, let's defend Corporate Insurance's right NOT to compete against cheaper plans, and gouge YOU at the same time. Absolutely amazing and astonishing.

I'd "Tryanny" plan other than the shit one we're currently stuck with.

I'm guessing the one on the left is a Medicare/SS recipient. Stupid Shit.

17. You have to love the logic, don't you?
They're afraid of soshilizded medicine because they think it would drive out private insurers that they want to keep, while at the same time talk about how superior capitalism is, because it drives out inferior products and services.

19. Oh, and remember - competition for work is for the "little people".
Corporations already have enormous profits. It's only a matter of hoarding vs hiring for many of them. One can only HOPE they're not playing politics and holding America hostage until they can politically get what they want. One can only HOPE.

It just astounds me that anyone would defend this garbage.

15. They They Should Surely Be In Favor Of Cutting The Military Budget...
There's no part of the government that spends anywhere near what the Pentagon does. Cut their budget by 50% and we might even be able to afford the services we've lost under rushpublican kleptocracy and maybe even lower taxes. They'd be all for that...ya know "more freedom". :sarcasm:

21. Really sad...well not really all that sad though,
When less people show up at their tea-bragger whing-dings than the number of repub kids who have ever won a spelling bee. You have to remember that James Danforth "Dan" Quayle, was one of the GOPers super heroes a few years back and now is son seems to be a chip off the same blockhead.

24. quick answer = no
but on a more politically philosophical level....they really and honestly think that they have more freedoms under the current health care system and they 100% respect the solely financial incentives the insurance co's currently use to deny care? Oh My! It's removing freedom to have eliminate pre-existing conditions? It's destroyed their liberty to no longer that lifetime caps on coverage?

long answer = no

25. well, I know it's a pipe dream
but it would be nice if the government ALLOWED us all to choose. Then the teabaggers could be happy with their shitty for profit insurance and we could choose our SOCIALIZED health care.

As a matter of fact, it seems that since we are so polarized, why don't we allow choices for other things. Like each year we get a form stating where we want our tax dollars to be allocated. The neo-cons will pick everything that has to do with aggression, to calm their fears and the progressives will pick education, social programs, infrastructure. And, we could all pick if we want our money going into ssa or wall street.

I think that there would be more people choosing a solid government program over the whims of wall street. I mean, how about our freedom of choice? See, everyone will be happy--okay maybe some corporations will be ticked that they didn't get all of the moolah.

oh, there's also "their", "there", "they're." Nope, spellcheck can't do everything for them.
