If republicans care so much about the "hallowed ground" of the WTC

why have they not spent the last 9+ years buying up every bit of property they could get their hands on, and then creating suitable businesses out of them?

If you are building a home & want to choose your neighbors, you just need to buy the lots on all sides of your home & then you get to choose the buyers or use of the land.

In a "free" society, where property rights are sacrosanct, how does one have no fiduciary interest in a property, and still demand that their wishes above all others, must be adhered to in the development of that property?

We lived right next door to a church & their crunchy gravel/rock driveway was but feet away from our pillows..Every Sunday morning, their cars kept us from sleeping late on our ONE and only sleep-in day, but since we did not own that land, we just got used to getting up early on Sunday.

I guess we should have sued them for sleep deprivation & demanded that they move their church:)

1. The 2% that rule or the 98% that follow?
Two different answers.

3. They don't seem to concerned
about the health of the first responders. That is what should be hallowed.

5. they don't give a flying shit about it
Before 9-11 they looked upon the "east coast liberals" in New York with disdain, I remember one of their talking heads joked about bombing the New York Times building and they all yukked it up about that. Then 9-11 came along and now it's just something else for them to use.

hypocritical sonsabitches!! :grr:
