TURNING POINT: Dr Laura canning, or being canned, her own show
Is it possible that the Right has reached a limit in the crazee department? And could Laura be followed by a few other ahem talkers? Things to ponder.... as the ghost of Father Coughlin looks down on all of these guys... whether this is Mr. Savage, or Glenny or Rush... or Dr Laura.

This does not mean that you should take that for granted. But perhaps we have reached the point where you cannot push any further and the beginning of... a real pushback.

1. Good riddance.. she's a shrill harpy..
She's spent too many years conning people into thinking she's qualified to counsel them.. She's not a psychologist..she just played on on the radio..

3. It's true! It's true!
...she will not renew her contract that is up at the end of the year, telling CNN's "Larry King Live" she wants to "regain my First Amendment rights." (link)

But predictably, it's "her" decision--she's resigning of her own free will. Remember when her son serving in Afghanistan got into some trouble over a web page? Did she deny the allegations? No, she begged to have his privacy respected!

4. She was clearly told the contract was not going to be renewed
Turn on Anderson Cooper - she says she's leaving so she can say what she wants without special interests interfering. Says her first amendment rights have been threatened.
Fuck that racist asshole.

5. Remember after a spectacular melt down
the same happened to Father Coughlin... it was the advertisers.

See what happened to glenny too.

Why I said, perhaps, just perhaps, we have touched that limit.
