My American friend who told me in 2004 that Obama would be President
in 2008 just told me to save this:
November Senate elections

Democrats=50
Republicans=47
Independents=3(Florida,Connecticut and Vermont)

November House elections

Democrats= 220
Republicans=215

7. We can live with that.
In the senate we know Bernie Sanders will caucus with the Dems. I don't see Joe going to the Republicans if they are not the majority. He wants to keep his Chairmanship. I hope if Charlie Crist wins in FL that he will also caucus with the Dems. Charlie likes to be on the winning team and he is not a lockstep right wing nut job. If the Dems change the rules on filibustering then we can get some work done in the senate.

We can only hope.
