"When I saw it, I freaked out. I was livid," one plus-sized fan of the club told the paper.

"It's discrimination pure and simple and discrimination is wrong," Jeanette DePatie, spokeswoman for the Association for Size Diversity and Health told CBS News. "This isn't tolerated for most other disenfranchised groups anymore. And it's sad that this is still tolerated and in some circles approved of."

The offending line has been taken down from their Facebook page. But the club's message still seems clear.

The club is the "flagship for all things fabulous in Montreal's high-end party scene," the current page reads. "Attracting a bevy of models, actors and young financiers every weekend to experience Montreal's most extravagant and exclusive events for the mature and distinguished."

30. Even in a doctor's office, the obese are the "new smokers"!

The assumption being the patients are not serious about maintaining good health. I've been fat and now I'm thin, "thanks" to 2 years of combination chemotherapy, surgeries, and restrictive diet. Even doctors who are seeing me for the first time treat me differently (much better).

got fired. I don't go to doctors that verbally abuse their patients in the name of "good health".

Irony alert: The doctor was affiliated with Virginia Mason Clinics, a local HMO. They're now sponsoring the Seahawks. Even more irony: One of the Seahawks gave an interview to the Seattle Times a year or so ago about his use of alternative healing methods, such as acupuncture, deep tissue massage, and using a hyperbaric chamber. One of the docs from Virginia Mason made some fairly derogatory comments about the guy's comments in the press.

Maybe nobody but me found it funny, but I wondered to myself if the doc in question wanted a visit with 6' 5", 270-pound Patrick Kerney anytime soon...

15. I went.to a club in Florida with my brother because when he and his buddy

try to get in they never could but if you bring a "hot chick" they might let you in. It cracked me up that he thought I would be of any use but I figured WTH. They actually did pick and choose. We got in but I thought it was boring anyway. It's not my thing.
