Over the weekend I caught a few episodes of the TV series Gangland. The segment focusing on the history of the skinheads reminded me of another group in America, the Republican Party. Like the GOP the skinheads

* Claim to be Christians while spewing hatred towards non-whites
* Believe America is a white Christian nation
* Spew hatred for those who are on government assistance
* Are gun rights advocates
* Spew hatred towards gays in society
* Spew hatred towards immigrants and anyone who looks like one
* Are against non-Christians especially Muslim
