maybe because Tina Fey is a UVa grad and not thicker than a plank, and Fey isn't... well... EVIL.

3. It looks like Palin likes to wear broaches of animals she likes to kill
Just like she likes to throw their pelts over the back of her couches.

5. Tina Fey deservedly won an Emmy for her Sarah Palin performance on SNL
I'll use the word "performance". Because it's far better than just an impersonation. It's just plain uncanny.

Sarah Palin never said, exactly, "I can see Russia from my house!". But because of Tina Fey's brilliant take on Palin, a lot of people (including myself) thought Palin actually said it.

I don't think Tina Fey wants to spend the rest of her career portraying Sarah Palin and I sure as hell don't blame her. I do thank Tina Fey for giving us some truly hilarious moments on SNL as Palin.

7. +1
Fey's work was brilliant--at one point, using Palin's own words, verbatim, with very little added.

Gotta love Tina. Sharp as a tack, as they say.... Well-deserved Emmy!

6. It comes down to aura
Tina Fey, no matter how good her performance, cannot hide the innate niceness of her soul,

and Sarah Palin, now matter how good her performance, cannot hide the nastiness of hers.
