5. Went to one of our Intermediate Schools for a political rally and they had banners celebrating the

accomplishments of their teachers. There was one for teacher of the year, one for the teacher that got her masters degree, etc. I really liked how they celebrated each teachers accomplishments.

Now the teachers want to hide who did well? How are kids supposed to react to that kind of example?

6. No, this sort of condescending manipulative horseshit should not be allowed.
School adminsitration is not the management of a business. Teachers are highly trained and certified professionals. Teaching is an art, not an engineering discipline.
