Just wondering.

I've always had an interested to learn the Arabic language.

4. I wouldn't want to join the Military anyway.
I kind of have this weird value system where I don't believe in killing other people (except in cases of self defense).

6. I'd do it but not join military to do so. Seems a reasonable idea, what with
Arabia being such a power in the world and so few USAnians speaking the language well. Rather like grants for college studying other languages
