1. And it'll probably be on C-SPAN 3, DAMN IT!
I almost wish Reid and Pelosi weren't keeping Congress on a 5-day schedule so ONCE IN A WHILE I'd get to see these hearings!!!!! (I don't have C-Span 3.)

3. Does anyone really think she'll tell everything that she knows about
what happened? I sort of doubt it.

I sure wouldn't mind being wrong though.

4. As it was explained in a different thread
Immunity is only granted once they know what testimony they're getting. Any deviation in public from what is said in private, and her christo-Nazi ass is in jail

11. If Goodling had to provide a proffer, which is defined as follows:

proffer - An offer of proof as to what the evidence would be if a witness were called to testify or answer a question.

http://www.state.wv.us/wvsca/kidspage/glossary.htm

Some info on immunity:

Transactional and use immunity are granted to preserve the constitutional protection against self-incrimination. The states grant either form of this immunity, while the federal government grants only use immunity. A witness with use immunity may still be prosecuted, but only based on evidence not gathered from the protected testimony.

http://research.lawyers.com/glossary/use-immunity.html

There is a fair assumption but, as yet, no concrete statment that Goodling had to provide a proffer before she would receive an offer of immunity but an offer can be made without the provision of a proffer depending on the circumstances. One example would be the "pig in a poke" immunity given to Ari Fleischer by Patrick Fitzgerald:

The prosecution of I. Lewis Libby has brought this timeworn phrase to the forefront with news that former White House spokesman Ari Fleischer sold the aforesaid pig in a poke to Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald when he demanded immunity during the investigation of the leak of Valerie Plame's status as a CIA agent without first making a proffer.

9. I already have my popcorn ready to pop! Just made a note in my
planner and highlited it in a special color!

Will she tell all? Probably not, but I don't think she's going to lie either. She's scared because she knows some of the things she did were illegal, and at least SHRE wasn
t willing to to the "I don't recall" BS.

10. If Gonzales resigns, will that eliminate her testimony?
I hope they will continue the hearing, even if Gonzales resigns. There is more to the story than just Gonzales. We still have Rove, at least.

confidence the hearings will continue because, as Schumer and others have pointed out, they have yet to discover WHO put the initial list together and have also pointedly said all evidence so far seems to point to the WH (aka in this case, Karl Rove) and, ta da, who was the WH liaison, Goodling.

Edited to add the infamous rove to the mix.
