5. This should be criminal
To have some of the worlds largest companies registered as S-corporations and "small businesses" is so wrong, there oughta be a law. Unfortunately, there IS a law, and it allows this kind of sleight of hand. Both Reps and Dems are responsible for this fiasco.

The result is millions, hundreds of millions, billions of dollars that do not make it to the US Treasury that should be getting there. And, naturally, the benefactors are going to grease the skids of Congress to keep the money flowing.

Sadly, it is another indication that this nation is corrupt. To the core.

This would be an item that is ripe for "change." I can hear the "Obama is anti-business!" howls already, and I'm not convinced that Obama would even try to fix it if he could.
