Art students go door to door asking people about National Security Questions (ABC News)

This report came out about two days ago. I don't quite understand what's going on here. Some guys pretending to be art students have been visiting people in Utah, showing their paintings, and asking questions about a new NSA building in the area. The police says they stopped the students and they confessed to be part of a "scam."
