The FBI on an intimidation spree

Following the raids on peace activists last week a rallies were held in Minneapolis and Chicago to
protest this apparent abuse of power. These raids came just after an Inspector Generals report slammed their investigations of anti-war groups.The latest people to receive subpoenas are members of
Women against military madness. Also subpoenaed was and SDS leader besides members of Freedom Road.
A Federal grand jury will be held in Chicago on October 6th. Believe me no one wants to be in front of a federal grand jury. You are not allowed a lawyer and all proceedings are secret. If you refuse to answer you can to held until the end of the grand jury session, often over a year.
There will be a protest held in Minneapolis on October 5th at 111 Washington Ave S. at 4;30 pm.
There will be other protests in Chicago and other places.
Yesterday about three hundred attended an organizing meeting at the Walker Church and about $2000
was raised. This is a good start. From what I've seen the response from the general public and local law enforcement has been positive.

2. This is happening under OBAMA, people!

He has to be aware of this, and approving this as a policy at some level.

They can't be targeting activists across the country in such a high profile way guaranteed to get so much national publicity without warning their top people in advance and getting approval all the way to the executive office. No department under executive branch would be that foolhardy or negligent.

So the FBI has been planning this for a while, and the executive branch had to know about it.

Why do they want to target all the activists on the left? And why now?
