Without a 'wannabe' cop taking it out of context to smear or try and frame me. I will not worry about what I say, nor worry about what they hear, because some joke or thought about a story should not be used out of context to smear or frame someone.

And to those that did that to me years ago, I am due beer and travel money, and many experiences.

but what your suggesting is really very bad legal advice. You really should worry about what you say, since you can very well wind up regretting it dearly. The advice given in the pamphlet is very good advice - take it.

What is your argument for that?
