MTV iPhone App Answers the Question: Was that Over the Line?
By David Cohen on October 4, 2010 4:35 PM
Was that behavior Over the Line? Check the new iPad app from MTV, released as part of National Bullying Prevention Month, to find out the answer.

The app connects users with a community where members share, read, rate, and discuss personal stories about the impact of cell phones and social networks on their lives. Over the Line? uses a rating scale of OVER (inappropriate and rude, possibility of legal trouble), ON (could go either way), or UNDER (no issues).

Sadly, Over the Line? was apparently not used at Rutgers University last week.
