Trump 'Seriously Considering' 2012 Presidential bid.
Trump 'Seriously Considering' 2012 Presidential Bid

Published October 05, 2010

He's not exactly throwing his hat in the ring yet, but real estate mogul Donald Trump told Fox News on Tuesday that he's giving his first serious consideration to running for president in 2012.

Trump, who said that America has lost global respect, said he's been asked to run as a Reform Party candidate before but if he were to give it a go, he'd be on the Republican ticket.

4. Clearly the way for America to regain respect
is to elect a billionaire with no experience, terrible manners and an awful combover President. :sarcasm:

5. Donald Trump: Let’s bomb Iran

Trump today on Bush’s speech: “You know, the one thing I sorta liked was what they were saying about Iran. I believe you have to go in and strike Iran — not with soldiers. You know, it’s not a world of soldiers anymore. It’s a world of air. It’s a world of different kinds of, you know, we’ve changed.”

13. He'd fit in perfectly with this year's vanity candidates:
- CEO's running for governor and senator in CA
- The wife of WWE CEO running for senator in CT
- The idiot running for KY senate
- And a reality TV star running for president. God bless America!! :puke:

7. Arrogant fop.
I hope he does. I hope he spends a fortune just to find out once and for all
what a joke he is to most of us.

10. I don't
I think he is indeed a joke to "us" (maybe hardcore progressives), but I think he could very well win. He is a PR genius, regardless of his business failures. Plus, most of America has an idea of how he works, and LIKES it, with his trademark "you're fired". In a field of Palin's and Romney's and Paul's, I think Trump would easily win the rethug nomination. The MSM/corporate media loves him. He would definitely give Obama a run for his money seeing he is no Granpa Simpson McCain.

14. You're relying on the small percentage of American's
that actually watch his show. The teabaggers are seen as political new territory for every loser that would never have made it within
the Republican Party. Trump is just another opportunist that's hedging his bets that the teabaggers will gain enough momentum
to actually elect a Presidential candidate. If they are, he's staking his claim. Just like the huge property he bought in New Orleans.
He was going to build a magnificent resort in the event NO boomed. Now that property lies barren, a nearly abandoned piece of land.

Trump has a lot of baggage and I can't see the religious right electing him, or the South, or those that have a strong understanding of economics.
How many times has he filed for bankruptcy? Twice? We have a lot to worry about, Trump isn't one of them.
