We voted Today!

Yep, we are all done. We requested an early ballot as we are leaving for Vancouver Island for 2 months next week. Requested it Friday, it arrived this morning and is on its way back to the election officials as I write this. God, I love Oregon!

So, we've done our 'bit'. Anyone else already voted?

It's usually in the mail a day or two after I get it.

5. We've had a cabin on the west coast of the Island for years...

..in a very small(400 pop) community. Our best friend/neighbor has been told he may not make it to xmas, we are going up to say 'goodbye' and be there for his wife. It's going to be a very traumatic and bittersweet trip.
