FactCheck.org responds to Public Notice's "Digging hole" ads
If you're wondering about the series of TV commercials that use digging a hole as a metaphor for the national debt, FactCheck.org scrutinizes claims in the ad including the blatant misconception that the stimulus did not create any jobs. Also, FactCheck notes that Public Notice founder Gretchen Hamel has worked PR for two Republican Congress members and was a deputy assistant US trade representative during the end of the GW Bush administration.
