top 25 most dangerous neighborhoods
of course you first check and see if you are on the list or near one on the list. after that do you see any correlations linking the neighborhoods?

1. Atlanta number one
in something. I know those neighborhoods and they are pretty run down. Did anyone notice how many southern neighborhoods were listed?

which is interesting in and of itself.

I would if these are blue neighborhoods amidst a sea of red or just red(neck) neighborhoods?

3. I can relate to Kansas City being on the list
I actually got car-jacked and kidnapped just one block from my loft, not to mention getting chemically assaulted in July. Even though I'm currently living in the UK - I still miss living there.

4. Shame on us for this. A 1 in 4 chance of being victimezed if you live somewhere a year? ...
...what hope is there for those trapped there?

5. And people STILL have this image...
...of New York City being the most dangerous place in the country.
We didn't even make the list.

6. Aren't all of those in "tough on crime" Republican strongholds?
Just askin'...

I was surprised not to see any New York or Boston neighborhoods on that list. It must be a lot worse elsewhere.
