But seriously, thanks for the link. I was surprised to see some of the items on that list, including several varieties of cereal, Bisquick, and those Betty Crocker items. I tend to avoid some of them because I always assumed the big manufacturers put HFCS in pretty much everything.

Anything from Kashi, Annie's, Stonyfield Farms, Horizon Dairy, and Newman's Own has no HFCS in it. I noticed Dare brand on that list. They're out of Canada, where they don't douse everything in HFCS.

6. Add Ocean Spray cranberry juice to the list
They now have wording on the label saying the juice has no HFCS.

Last week my daughter asked me to pick up some hot dog rolls for her. Every brand except one contained HFCS. The lone holdout was a kind made with potatoes. Sometimes I wonder if The Corporations are trying to poison us all.
