Memo to CEO from Board of Directors:
Edited on Thu Oct-07-10 01:57 PM by Zorra
Dear President Obama,

It has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that you are unhappy with the directives of the Board.

After review, the BOD has determined that there are certain employees who are not making a significant effort toward fulfilling the mission of our organization and who are, deliberately or through incompetence, respectively, impeding the implementation of our organization's agenda.

The Board finds this fully unacceptable.

As CEO, it is your responsibility to help insure that all staff are working diligently to complete the tasks for which they have been employed. The Board of Directors requests that you severely reprimand, to the extreme of asking administrative heads to remove from any and all committee positions, all staff that are not on board with implementing the policies of this organization. It has been reported that the majority of these aforementioned employees are referred to as "blue dogs" within the organization.
Further, the BOD also requests that you please reserve your criticisms for those employees that are stifling our agenda rather than repeatedly criticizing the wishes of the BOD.

In contrast, the Board asks that you commend all staff that have sincerely worked so hard in the face of near insurmountable obstacles.

The Board fully understands that you are faced with a monumentally difficult task. We recognize and appreciate that some improvements have been made. But the BOD believes that, in many areas of policy, too little effort has been exerted on behalf of furthering the mission of our organization. As you well know, our business is critical to the well being of the entire planet, and we can't tolerate slackers that don't get with our organizational program of protecting democracy and fostering the well-being of our shareholders. Furthermore, it has been reported to the BOD that our competitors have planted "moles" within the organization to neutralize the efficacy of our process, and that these "moles" are also actively working toward a hostile takeover of our organization. The Board requests transparent public disclosure of these imposters to shareholders so that a vote can be taken to remove them from the organization after the next BOD meeting.

Again, as you are fully aware, the competition from DarkSide Unlimited is limitlessly funded, relentless, and without conscience in achieving their ultimate goal of establishing plutarchal monopoly in our field of endeavor. It is critical that our organization take an immediate immovable stand against the forces of our competitors. The BOD expects nothing less than diligence, intelligence, competence, unwavering resolve, and effective action in outmaneuvering the competition so that all of our shareholders may profit in unfettered democracy, liberty, opportunity, and well being. Failure is not an option.

Thank you for your service to our organization, and for your kind attention to this urgent matter. The Board would like to express that at this time you retain their confidence in that you will diligently, transparently, and sincerely work to fulfill all organizational goals as specified by the Board and all shareholders.

We are counting on you.

Sincerely,
Jane D. Democrat

3. This is great!
:)

Too bad Obama doesn't seem to think of the left as his board of directors. He seems to see us as his convenient punching bag, and people he turns to only right before elections.
