1. I never donate to pacs. I donate directly to candidates.

if you did, youd know it goes directly to candidates... you have an option to donate tot he organisation too if you wish too, but unless you say its okay they dont receive a dime of the donation you give to someone running.

I know who it goes to if I donate directly to the candidate, and btw, I am very familiar with ActBlue and who was involved in starting it.
