Poll question: Which cable network do you like the best?
Of the three major cable networks, which one is most appealing to watch?

1. They are all tools of our corporate masters
All three of them suck. Rachel is perhaps the only one on all three that is actually a newsperson. The rest of it is solely for your entertainment and distraction. This is why we talk about houses burning down instead of stealth banking bills.

2. SyFy
Definitely none of the corporate whorefests you mention.

And no, one Rachel Maddow Show does not make up for the lack of real news and representation of all perspectives on the corporate networks.

Here's a real news show:

Jon Stewart as the third.

10. I like MSNBC for the intelligence of their evening lineup.
Ed Schultz, Keith Olberman, (especially) Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell and even Tweety. These are smart people (with whom I usually share opinion.)

I would like to say that CNN is a good news source, but they have had so much fluff lately. Case in point, a couple weeks ago they broke away from a story with "Breaking News" to announce new judges in American Idol. Gimme a break.

13. None of them
CNN is a sorry shell of what it once was. 3rd place and falling.

Fox is a cartoon but in a very obvious right wing way. They are honest and make no bones of what they represent. They are the house organ of the hard right.

MSNBC likes to act liberal and will roll out new branding stating that. They have true left leaners on at night and let them say what they want - except for certain stories that they are not allowed to report upon. Their daytime lineup is FULL of right wing framing. They are owned by a hard right organization with only hard right interests. Their goal is to put left leaning eyeballs on their screen so they can feed right wing positions in a stealthy manner. They are worse than Fox.

17. I can't stand any of them.
MSNBC is good during Maddow, and Olbermann is OK. But otherwise, it has even more pointless filler during the daytime than other networks.

23. Except for Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow, I see little reason to watch any of these channels.
Sometimes MSNBC is good during the days. Matthews is a cocktail party pundit who has yet to prove he has contributed anything
good to this world.

29. Where is the choice for none. Cable is a waste of money.
$70 a month * 12 months * 54 years = $53,760.

People say "I can't save for retirement" but they spend $54K watching a bunch of BS called new services.

I'll use the internet and OTA.
