Innocent until interrogated
Edited on Fri Oct-08-10 12:38 PM by ProudDad
Life in Police State Korporate USAmerica...

General WARNING!

------------------------------------------

"But once a police office believes a suspect is guilty, what started as an interview becomes a true custodial interrogation that relies on trickery and deceit and outright lying," he said.

"And, legally, this is OK because the system is predicated on the false assumption that people who confess to crimes have committed them. But this," he said, "is not always the case."

With his book, Stuart sends an important message.

"I hope people will come to realize that these Miranda warnings and decisions are still important in American culture, and important to us all," Stuart said. "And if you find yourself in a situation where you are innocent and you are given the right to remain silent and to have a lawyer present, you should take it."

5. The only thing anyone should say when asked to be interrogated or interviewed by police is
I want to speak to a lawyer and then close mouth until a lawyer shows up period. Oh btw, when police say they want to interview you what they are really saying is they want to interrogate you before reading you your rights so you mistake their intent of interrogation as an interview. Reality is by saying interview instead of questioning it misleads people into thinking they are not a suspect in a criminal investigation, they just might have information about a crime they may or may not have been involved in which then leads to that person into admitting to a crime they haven't committed because without a lawyer no one knows when the police have crossed the line of legal questioning and illegal questioning, example of.......hypothetically could this have happened, 9 times out of 10 the average person will answer yes to hypothetic questions.

The next thing they know they are standing in front of a judge because they admitted to committing a crime. Without a lawyer they have no defense when police ask seemingly innocent questions, the first thing one needs to understand is police never ask innocent questions, all questions are used to gather information to put you in the area of the crime then trick you into admitting some knowledge of said crime. Second dumbest thing to do with police is demand a lie detector test, people do that 9 times out of 10 thinking that it will stop police from questioning them farther or by asking the police will either be shown innocence or police will tell a court you asked for the test, reality is police will say suspect agreed to take a polygraph test. they will leave out that the person volunteered or demanded a polygraph.

Polygraphs are misleading as it is up to the person who administers the polygraph to decide lies or truth by body measurements such as body heat, heart rate breathing rate and body movement which is why they put a lead on your finger, supposedly when a person lies he gets nervous and taps his fingers, but as anyone who has taken a polygraph knows the majority of people are nervous when they go in for a polygraph. Remember the fastest way for police to solve a case is to get someone to confess to the crime.

6. I wasnt so lucky. The fascist breakin at midnite required my fast talking
for three hours, to avert the gestapo from railroading me. Mar. med. patient. Grower. Accused of woman beating, while asleep. Went all Glenn Beck on me. Accusing me of left shit. Spouting right wing rhetoric. I schooled them in all things med patient. Ridiculed their obvious illegal tactics. Read them the law by memory, as they didnt know SHIT. As they left, one cop said the reason they knew I was guilty, was cuz I didnt let them in immediately at midnite. Then, he said I talk too much.
