Question I would like answered in a debate

Ben Franklin once said that the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. With that and the fact that we have tried trickle down tax cuts over and over again and they are still not providing any benefit to the poor and middle class, what will you (the candidate) do that will provide direct benefits to the poor and middle classes?
